8, September, Normal service is resumed.
7, September, 2010 Millions effected today. By noon, all lines effected except for Northern Line, Waterloo Line and City Line. which appears normal. Although Northern Line many stations on route were closed.These lines are suspended Bakerloo, Victoria, District, Central, Piccadilly, Hammersmith and City. Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines were running some of the time and 70 stations were closed. Buses packed, watch your wallet.
3, September, Strike is on. Boris has laid on a 500 person ferry ride for your commute. Pick it up between Tower, Westminster and London Eye piers, starting 6:30am to 10am and 4-8pm. and several hundred buses. Volunteers will be at hand to guide you. Some trains will be running as with Tramlink. Get your bike out. See bike routes by Tfl. If you or your company have the money why not book with Jet Booking Direct? Bring brolley, rain for Tuesday.

19, August, Ballot results in TSSA union 3-1 in favour, strike likely next month.
11, Aug. Ballot in, 76% vote for strike and 88% for action just shy of a strike. Will co-inside with TSSA vote due next week.

6, Feb. Sat. Update severe delays on Circle, District, Hammersmith & City, and the Metropolitan. Metropolitan line was suspended between Baker Street and Aldgate and the District line suspended between Putney Bridge and Wimbledon. The industrial action is affecting all underground lines except the Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly lines.
2/13 Update Valentine strike cancelled.

24 hours, Friday, Feb. 5, starting 6:45am, and Sunday,14, February, Valentine Day, again 24 hours starting same time. Every Sunday from then on, again 24 hours, starting 06:45 RMT union workers will strike till dispute is over. See Transport for London website for delays

Friday, 1/22/10 London underground maintenance workers employeed by alstom, Jubilee line and Northern line fleets to strike 0729 GMT on Wednesday, 27 January, for 24 hours and from 1929 GMT each Sunday evening, 24 hours, from 31 January. Union mulling over a pay offer, will know if strike is on by Monday.

12/22/09 London Underground confident that the strikes would not present a "significant risk to the operation of the Underground".
"EDF RMT members have been instructed not to book on for any duty between 19.59 GMT on December 22 and 07.59 GMT on December 24 nor for any duty between 19.59 GMT on December 26 and 07.59 GMT on December 27," the union said in a statement on Friday.

In addition to the above stoppages of work a continuous work to rule and overtime ban will be in operation from 20.00 hours on 22nd December 2009 until further notice.

Union Unite members are being balloted and will strike at the same time.
Rant
EDF supplies power to the entire London Underground network. EDF has toooo much power. For national security shouldn't this job be split up to other companies? Easier said than done. Guess they'd all strike together anyway..Very bad decision, are they out of their mind?
