What does LTC management have to say? LTC has offered the union a 9% increase during three years, including an 8.3% wage hike and improved dental and disability benefits and working conditions.
(This is a very generous offer, most managements from transit companies world wide are now offering a zero percent raise this year. Who gets dental now a days? What is the hourly wage for drivers and mechanics? Please let us know. )
