Paraguay Silvio Pettirossi International Airport strike. A whopping ten day strike.
1 November 2011 President gives into unions. Strike threat over for now.
28 October 2011:-Update strike postponed by Paraguayan government till Monday Midnight. Airport will have a contingency plan in place. The authorities of the National Directorate of Civil Aviation (Dinac) have also warned that armed forces personnel and Air protection of the perimeter area of Silvio Pettirossi airport.
Midnight Friday, 28 October 2011 air traffic controllers may join in.
